A. Price:  Prices shown are FOB destination and stated in U.S. dollars.  Prices

are subject to change without prior notice.

B.Shipping / Handling Fee:  Classic Instruments, Inc. charges a shipping/handling fee of $6.00 per order.  UPS ground service is our standard shipping process.

C.Drop-Ships:  Classic Instruments, Inc. will drop-ship by UPS for a fee: $8 over $50 on your own account, $2 under $50, $6 standard fee, plus the additional shipping/handling fee.

D.Return of Goods:  Prior authorization must be obtained from Classic Instruments to return goods.  Any item to be returned must have been purchased directly from Classic Instruments within 30 days of the date of return. Custom gauges/products and special-order items are non-returnable. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied, unless the wrong item was shipped by Classic Instruments or the item was defective and is to be replaced under warranty.  In these cases, customers will receive a credit or a replacement for the returned product.

E.Terms of Sale:  Orders require payment in advance by certified check, money order or by an approved credit card.  Classic Instruments, Inc. will work individually with established customers to determine the terms of the sale.

F.Returned Checks:  A $40 fee will be assessed for checks returned for NSF.
