Job Position: New Product and Process Engineer

My Goal: I want to make a positive impact on the lives of as many people as possible. As it turns out, engineering is one of the more efficient ways to do that. Engineering gave us cars, airplanes, refrigeration, computers, and many other things that have fundamentally changed the way we live our lives. At its core, engineering translates abstract scientific theory into an improvement of the human condition. To that end, my goal is simply to become the best engineer I can be.

What sparked my interest in the job: I like working with smaller teams because of the opportunity to wear many hats, and the various challenges and learning opportunities this presents. I’m a car guy too, so working in this industry is a plus. And of course, you really can’t beat living in Northwestern Michigan!
